CHANGE MY STUPID NAME!!!

<p>WELL IVE TRIED PETITIONS AND SUCH AND AFTER A FEW WEEKS I STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM SOE... NO SURPRISES THERE ... oops, caps</p><p>so anyway a GM changed my toons name and i want to have it changed from what he set it to(wufuss...), to something I actualy want...</p><p>im sick of trying to send petitions as they seem to get lost in cyber space...or maybe they just dont get answered?</p><p>so how the hell do i get in touch with a GM in game?</p><p>rant over...</p><p>cheers</p>

Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific - make sure to adjust those hours to match your time zone. There is also a tab for ingame support there</p>

<p>Aye, those two are likely the best methods to get assistance with this. Even I can create a petition for you if necessary - I'd just need a PM from you with your station account name.</p>

There is also a tab for ingame support there</p></blockquote><p>I wouldn't recommend chat support since they are also the tech support department and don't handle in game issues.  A /petition would be the best course, but if you're having trouble with that then Ken or I or call in to our support line so that we can create the ticket for you.</p>
