Missing charecters

<p>I've got an interesting issue, my brother, his wife, and I are all just getting back into the game after a year away.  When logging back into the accounts we find that they are missing all their charecters however i still have mine.  This is where it gets wierd, i went looking for them on eq2players and i found all of them... still listing just their other toons as alts...  What can we do to get their toons back?</p>

<p>he's got english US selected which is what i have and all the toons were on the everfrost server and they aren't there now</p>

They are logged in with the correct account also?</p>

<p>yup it's the right account, and they don't show in or out of game nothing on charecter select, and nothing to pick on the laucher either</p>
