Have to redownload same file every time

<p><span >Every single time I log in, I have to re-download the file exp05_rgn_innothule.vpk. It adds about 3-4 minutes to the amount of time it takes to get in game. (I'm posting this as I redownload that file yet again). Any idea why I have to keep patching this same file over and over?</span></p>

<p>Generally, an error like what will be caused by a software firewall, an permissions/rights issue, or the file itself.</p><p>Can you try these two fixes (if you haven't already) and let me know how it goes?</p><p>--</p><p>Fix 1:1. Right click on Station Launcher icon and go to properties2. Go to the compatibility tab3. Click on "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select XP Service Pack 24. Check "Run this program as administrator"5. Click Apply6. Right Click on the Station Launcher icon once again7. Click "Run as Administrator" Fix 2: 1. Make sure you are logged in on an Administrator account.2. Navigate to the Station Launcher folder (Usually c:program filessonystation will contain the Station Launcher folder)3. Right click on the Station Launcher folder and go to properties4. Click on the Security Tab5. Click on the Edit button.6. Go through each username or group listed and make sure all "Allow" boxes are checked7. Ensure that no "Deny" boxes are checked and click OK.</p><p>--</p>
