"payment source already on file"

<p>Ok I have had an account off and on for four years or so. Recently my account went inactive and I'm trying to resubscribe now.</p><p>I went to the EQ2 site and clicked subscribe under the "closed" part. I picked what type of subscription I wanted and clicked continue. That brings you to a payment information page. I put in all my information and it says "payment source already on file" when I go to finish. This is the SAME card I have been using for over a year. How do I get it to go through? It doesn't give you an option to use a card that you've already put on file?</p>

<p>I also just realized I've been charged $1.00 each for both of the times I tried to get it to work?</p>

<p>$1 charges are generally (unless you've been using our Station Cash marketplace) going to be  validation charges to check and see if your current method of payment is avilable abld valid. They're only pending holds and should automatically clear off your account within 1-3 business days.</p>
