EQ2 Client not working pls help!

<p>I recently installed The Antonia Bayle Tool Bar hoping to start a toon on a roleplay server so I chose Antonia Bayle ever since I installed the toolbar Everquest 2 Client wont open heres what I do</p><p>I login it looks like the same thing when  my auto play button logs me on the login thing closes then a bar appears that says Everquest 2 with a bar under it that loads when its done loading my Eq2 Client pops up instead of starting black and going through all the advertisements and the expansion pack it stays black not even taking me to the select character screen pls help solve this!</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Are you saying that when  you start the game it stays on a black screen and doesn't provide you with an error message?  Does it close down after a period of time or does it stay locked up on that screen?  Was the game working on this computer before you installed the tool bard you mentioned?</p><p>I do not know what tool bar you are referring to but if it was working before installing it then you might want to remove it for the time being.  If the problem persists at that point then we'll probably need some additional information in order to locate the problem.  Please provide at least the first section of your DXdiag.  You can find instructions on how to do so in the sticky post at the top of the forum.</p>
