Can't launch any game!

<p>My Launcher seem bugged, i can log in, then i click on any of the game i am subscribed to and it freeze on the scanning preparing thing, on all the games, i tried re-downloading, rebooting, nothing works.. any clues?</p>

<p>Running Vista?  If so, try these steps:</p><p>1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. In the "Compatibility Mode" area check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"5. In the drop down list make certain that "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" is selected.6. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.7. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".8. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"</p><p>If that doesn't work then you might want to try posting your patch logs so that we can see what's happening when it attempts to update.</p>

<p>nope running Xp, its weird cause it was really sudden, i logged out, went to eat, and boom, couldnt do anything</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>You'll probably want to make sure that your firewall isn't blocking the launchpad.  Open the exception list for your firewall and delete any entries with the words EQ2, Everquest 2, or Launchpad in them.  Then restart the launchpad and will ask you to allow those file through again.  Once you select allow it will refresh the firewall entries and hopefuly correct the problem.</p>
