Are the developers really listening to their customers?

<p>I visit this forum infrequently.  But I just read the following stickied forum thread and wondered why the moderator is disallowing discussion about an original EQ class?</p><p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=453618">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=453618</a></p><p>To be honest, it was a great class in the original EQ.  I would be great for the class to return in EQ2, possibly even as a premium class like the deathknight in WOW.</p><p>When developers refuse to discuss matters with their customers there is something seriously wrong.  Further more, I had to exclude the class name in this post as the moderators deem it as offending.  This is very disappointing and a downright disgrace.</p>

They've discussed it an insane amount of times. The only tihng that happens is the lover's of the class get more and more obnoxious every post. If search works for you, look it up and see.

<p>Oh, um gee....maybe because balancing a 25th class along with the current 24 would be redundant considering they cant even get the current classes right?</p><p>Plus "that class" being mentioned constantly on and off since the early days of the game makes it a dead horse topic that people cannot seem to stop talking about much like a festering wound that should have been allowed to heal long ago.</p>

<p>Holy cow, people don't know when to stop. </p><p>It's been discussed for years now.  Just do a search.  The devs do listen and the opinion has always been in favor of no Beastmaster class.</p>
