Well if they follow EQ1 timeline (which the did for Fear and Hate) you will see Mischief and Growth I guess (its been a long time lol)

Mischief could be done very good and have alot of fun with it like EQ1, just as long as its a more viable option, Mischief was pretty much left alone on my server except for a few things.

Growth wasn't bad either, I only did it a few times but it was a pretty good zone.

Due to the lore with Wuoshi and the whole killing him thing I am leaning toward Growth being at least one of the Shards he talked about and possibly Shard of Health (Or Undeath? maybe) due to the whole recent Anashti line...but that may be a long shot -- Id rather see Mischief

I like that they are putting the shards back in, I hope they keep doing this and begin moving the Avatars into those zones creating a more Planes of Power feel to EQ2 as PoP was my favorite Xpac from EQ1 - Something crazy fun about owning gods (Avatars in this case)...

well if velious is indeed the next expansion we will more than likely see mischief and growth though you will probally need to wait for a GU.

I would hope its not Shard of Growth.

We've already had a Wuoshi-ish Emerald Hallsy outdoorsy fairy brownie type of zone.... Right?

Woushi is dead (as far I know). His supposedly corrupting influence was what made Emerald Halls and the Faydarks the way they are currently. The growth of mushrooms to the ginormous sizes was part of this.

The Bloom of Growth is sitting there idly without a major source of protection. Now Tunare may decided to restore the Bloom to its original place - the Wakening Lands. With her directing the essence of Growth, there may will be some difference from what we see over in Faydwer.

Beside, Plane of Growth has the gates of Takish-Hiz in it - a place where all the elves (except Dark Elves, of course) want to go after their passing.

I want to go back to Growth as a high elf pally and reaquire Nature's Defender, myself. especially if they kept the graphic look from EQ1 heh. I'd slap that sword into an appearance slot so fast it'd cause a gnoll to spontaniously combust.

One of the recent files downloaded from test suggests a cloak that comes from the Shard of Love. Mischief can wait, IMO.

honestly we'll prolly see Love and Health. dealing with Anashti's return and her desire to dethrone Nife from there, and to help Erollisi with what ever has stopped her return.

Well concidering the "Moonlight magic" rings are in and of themselves entraces to the plane of Growth...

If you look at them, it makes sense, I had thought each one was a small elemental pocket untill I hit the greater faydark ring.

Brownies

Satyrs

nayads

mushoom men

pixies

and the nature spirits (dryads)

All of them are creatures that we see out and about in the faydarks (except nayads of course). and with that one exception they all tie in that way, and could well be different caves in the plane of growth, except the fay grove which is obviously, an outdoor grove.

Based on this, i do not think we will be going to a "Shard of Growth" Not right away anyway.

To claim that the enchanted rings are part of Growth itself is plausible, but this really was just a mystical enchanted nature event here. Focus on Enchanted. Fairy Tales and all that stuff. None of the NPC's inside said anything that hinted that they could be part of a shard or plane. I would imagine they'd be aware of it if they were.

I wouldn't doubt that Growth will return sooner or later, but I'm betting on Later.

However; If they were aware of it would they have an obligation to tell us that is where we were? I am not arguing with you mind you, because that sounds more plausible than my idea heh.

Although, when and if they do redo a shard of growth I hope they have the satyr who you can say "I have come in search of phat lewts" Too....he would then promptly defend his land by one shotting you heh heh.
