Mortal Embrace I and II both have 88% success. Bug?

<p>I noticed post-update that SKs now have a better FD at low levels (used to start out at 58% success chance, now they get 88% right off the bat with Mortal Embrace I).  Just dinged 35 and got Mortal Embrace II, which is also 88%.</p><p>Is this a known issue, or were SKs' FD abilities intentionally improved? Or are the descriptions wrong?</p>

Yes, next month you guys will get a complete heal

<p>Actually we already get a Complete Heal, and 2 if we complete the TSO or VP armor sets.  For the mental anguish of having our FD success reduced, I'd suggest something fair and reasonable.... along the lines of raidwide CoB / Ptom added to Deathmarch or the ability to reverse Soulward anyone in the raid (including pets!)</p>
