I didn't find a recent reply to this question.

usually, how many days does it takes the manual char. transfer ?2 days ago i phoned to transfer a char from splitpaw to runnyeye and by phone i have listened somethink like "up to 1 day for the transfer". now, more then 2 days are past but my char is still alone on the old server... maybe there was some problem but i don't know if wait more days or if phone again (already replied to the ticket but without any replies from soe). The only message i got is the one posted 3 hours after my called (so, 2 days ago) with 'server down'. but.. of course, in California there was the 6 pm here the a pm (hours of the scheduled downtime in europe!)

The manual character transfer service should only take about 30 minutes these days since we transfer over the phone.

That said, there is currently an issue with Runnyeye/splitpaw that is causing problems with the character transfer service. They are working to correct this and we wont be able to transfer from/to those servers until it has been resolved. I'll try to post an update as soon as I receive some additional information.

Last ticket update was 3 days ago and told about a server down issue, yes, but, i repeat, in the standard scheduled downtime. Maybe the techician forgot that the 6pm in the Usa are the 4 am in Europe...Please, by phone they told me 24 hours max, and i've paid... now they don't reply to any my ticket and they don't transfer the char...

I have a quick update on this case. It appears that splitpaw/runnyeye have been temporarily disabled for transfers because we're waiting for the new patch to be implemented on those servers. As you can imagine, we can't transfer between servers that are running different versions of the client.

I'll try to get some specific information about when the patch will be implemented later today.

And no, i don't imagine and no, you wrong ! Splitpow and Runnyeye are both in Europe and are both in english version so they have the same version of the client !!

And, the second thing.First of the payment Soe tell us "max 24 hours", after the payment we know about issues and delays of 7 days ? Lu52 will go on line (maybe) the 23 June... Simply, this is not correct. Another great example of how Soe work.
