This past weekend I purchased the Everquest 2 Package deal The Shadow Odyssey and all previous expansions, on Steam. Its downloaded fine on Steam, however, on the Sony account required to play EQ2, The Shadow Odyssey is not accessible by me. All previous expansions and such were added correctly, but the most recent (and advertised) expansion, the purpose of the deal in the first place, is not registered to my SOE account, so I cannot access this content. I also purchased the same package as a gift for a friend of mine, and convinced another to do the same, all with the understanding that we'd be getting the FULL package, but as I said before, we were not given access to the newest content. Tried contacting Steam support, and they linked me to here. So here I am!

Greetings,

Did you activate the game on your station account through Steam? It's easy to miss that step and that's probably why it is not working. Please follow these steps and that should get all the features activated on your account:

1. From the My Games tab in Steam, right-click on "Install Game...". 2. While the game is downloading, a popup Steam window will direct you to create a Station Account needed to play the game. 3. After clicking on the link, a new internet browser window will open showing a login screen. At this point you will need to log in with the account you want to add the expansion to.4. In this Key Activation window, Steam will automatically place your EverQuest II Activation Key in the field. All you need to do is press Continue.

Let us know if you are still missing the features after trying those steps.
