Just a question + small complaint

<p>I have been trying to log into the game now for 6 hours. It still keeps doing "download cancelled" on the patcher and I'm unable to get the update button to say "play". Is the game still down for update? It was supposed to be back up 4 hours ago.</p><p>I can't believe its been down all day for a "brief" update with absolutely no word about it being extended. They should pop on here and give an explanation if this update has gone into over time this long.</p><p>I can't tell by looking at server status because that status page ALWAYS says the game is up. It never changes.</p><p>Theres only 1000 people on the forums too so its making me think the game is up since it appears theres sometimes as many as 150 000 people on these forums.</p>

<p>Most common cause of this is a ghost everquest2.exe process. Open up your task manager and end task on any everquest2.exe process.</p>

<p>Atan's fix should do it.I have that same problem on occassion.  And the cause always is an everquest2.exe process running already.</p>
