Download Cancelled?

<p>Still can't get in since the restart this morning, bout 5 hours ago. Don't know if its my end or if the server (permafrost) is still down. Is there a way to check this?</p><p>I log in and it starts to check and update files then i get "download cancelled" message and it stops.</p><p>Anyone else? Is it on my end or game?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Running Vista?  If so, then you make sure you start the launchpad by right clicking the shortcut and choosing 'run as administrator'.  Assuming it's a Vista issue, then that should resolve it.  I would also advise resetting your computer and modem/router if you haven't already.</p>

<p>yeah the machine i was having trouble with runs xp as well, after i did the reboot of modem etc, i had no problem on either machine.</p>
