<p>It's tough to say from here - I'd recommend contacting our Chat/E-Mail/Phone support, or PM me with your account name, to find out exactly what may have ocurred (incomplete payment, chargeback, ect)</p>

<p>Considering the account closed almost exactly 2 weeks after the payment, it looks like an incomplete global collect transaction.  That means that global collect requested the money from the bank but it was never delivered.  Their system will typically grant a 2 week grace period so that the transaction will have time to process.</p><p>Please check with the bank and see if the money was actually deducted from  your account.  Assuming it was, make note of the transaction number and contact us so that we can settle the transaction.</p>

<p>thx for the reply</p><p>well a friend of mine has the exact same problem - account closed today with nearly the same payment history and global collect</p><p>i checked my bank and there was no money deducted since 6 May 2009(last  time it worked) by global collect.</p><p>my friend checked his bank(other bank) - and was the same.</p><p>so it seems somehow global collect did not request the money in juni or the request was somehow interrupted.</p><p>i use this payment source and type since 2005 without any problems and i did not change anything so a little bit strange.</p><p>i would pm you his accout name to check it out but dont have pm rights any more.</p>
