It deals massive damage to stronger opponents. Players (except their pets) are immune to this combat art. (Note: players are no longer immune.) <span style="color: red;">Dragonfire </span>(I -65, II -78) – Spits fire in a frontal arc, dealing heat damage over-time every second. Casting times are slowed by anyone affected by this attack.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 22pt; line-height: 115%;">Buffs & Temp Buffs</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: red;">Body Like Mountain</span> (I -26, II -40,III -54, IV -68, V -7)– Increases slashing, piercing and crushing resistance and roots the monk in place. <span style="color: red;">Calm Tranquility</span> (I -9, II -23, III -37, IV -51, V -65, VI-76) – Increases the attack and casting speeds of all the Monk’s allies. <span style="color: red;">Dragon Rage</span> (I -28, II -42, III -56, IV -70, V -80) –Every attack the monk makes has a chance to increase hate with the attacked target. <span style="color: red;">Everburning Flame</span> (I -32, II -46, III -60, IV -73) – Increases the monk’s attack rate at the cost of slowly draining health. <span style="color: red;">Inner Calm </span>(I -12, II -26, III -40, IV -54, V -68, VI -79) – Increases the monk’s strength and wisdom. <span style="color: red;">Intercept</span> (I -6, II -20, III -34) – Allows the fighter to protect an ally from taking damage, by absorbing some of the damage an ally would otherwise take for a single hit. If the protected ally is low on health when this ability is cast, the fighter can absorb two hits. <span style="color: red;">Lightning Palm</span>(I -15, II -29, III -43, IV -57, V -71) – For a short duration, the monk’s fists become energized with static, unleashing magic damage with every successful melee hit for up to 8 attacks. <span style="color: red;">Mountain Stance</span> (I -40, II -54, III -68, IV -7) – Stuns you in place while greatly increasing your physical mitigation. <span style="color: red;">Outward Calm</span> (I -52, II -72) – Allows the monk to ward non-physical sources of damage for a short duration. <span style="color: red;">Tranquil Vision</span> (I -18, II -32, III -46, IV -60) – Grants the monk a chance to shield an ally from melee attacks, by allowing the target a chance to use the monk’s avoidance check after their own avoidance check. This also increases the monk’s deflection skill. <span style="color: red;">Tsunami</span> (55) – For a brief moment the monk will be able to riposte all melee damage from the front, and parry all damage from behind.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 22pt; line-height: 115%;">Stances</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: red;">Black Widow Stance</span> (I -44, II -58, III -71) – This stance combines some of the elements from the monk’s primary offensive and defensive stances, granting increased physical and mental damage mitigation, deflection and offensive skill, and attack speed. <span style="color: red;">Crouching Tiger</span> (I -4, II -16, III -30, IV -44, V -58, VI -72) – Greatly increases defense, deflection, aggression, physical and mental damage mitigation at the cost of offensive melee skills. This is the monk’s primary defensive stance. (Note: also increases the monk’s agility) <span style="color: red;">Flow Like Wind</span> (I -4, II -21, III -35, IV -49, V -63, VI -75-) – Increases the monk’s offensive skills and attack speed, at the cost of decreased defense skill. This is the monk’s primary offensive stance.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 22pt; line-height: 115%;">Taunts</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: red;">Challenge</span> ( I -13, II -22, III -36, IV -, V -50, VI -76) – Interrupts and increases the hate of all enemies in an encounter towards the monk. <span style="color: red;">Rescue</span> (25) – Greatly increases the target’s hate toward the fighter <span style="color: red;">Peel</span> (80) – Peel distracts an enemy that doesn’t already hate you the most, and forces you to become their target. Peel slowly increases hate with that enemy and applies additional hate when the spell terminates. <span style="color: red;">Silent Threat</span> (I -1, II -9, III -16, IV -31, V -45, VI -59, VII -72) – Increases the target’s hate toward the monk. This ability can be used while the monk is stifled or stunned.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 22pt; line-height: 115%;">Utility</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: red;">Fall of the Phoenix</span> (58) – Allows the monk to sometimes trick enemies into thinking that the entire group is dead. <span style="color: red;">Feign Death</span> (I -14, II -28, III -42, IV -56, V -70) – Allows the brawler to sometimes trick enemies into thinking that the brawler is dead. This effect can be canceled by standing. <span style="color: red;">Fighting Chance</span> (5) – Allows a fighter to begin a heroic opportunity. <span style="color: red;">Instill Panic</span> (I -30, II -50) – Using this ability will cause your enemy to flee in terror. Upgrades decrease the chance of outright resistance. <span style="color: red;">Mend</span> (I -3, II -10, III -20, IV -34, V -48)– Heals a percentage of target’s health and cures noxious impairments. <span style="color: red;">Will of the Heavens</span> (I -13, II -27, III -41, IV -55, V -69, VI -79) – Dispels hostile mental, noxious and elemental effects on the monk.
