Greets.

I'm planning to duo-box all the way up to 80 with my berserker whos currently lv 20. I've made a fury but before I continue my adventure I want to make sure I made the right choise choosing a fury.

Which healer is the best option to duo with all the way up to 80 and why? If possible, I would like to be able to kill heroic ^^^ as easy as possible.

If someone could hand me a fast summary of all the healers it would be great.

EDIT: The berserker sticky tells you to go 448 STR 44882 STA 44882 INT for best dpsbut why go buckler over tower shield? However, the Buckler Spec is because the Stamina line's double attack AA used to require a buckler in the off-hand, but the percentage was so high that your DPS was better than if you used two weapons or a two-hander.

With TSO, you no longer need a buckler for that AA.

At least that's my understanding.

If you can use macros well and manage crowd control with the coercer, you can absolutely mow through heroic content. There are times when I wish I had a healer, but they are few and far between and usually as a result of my own screw-up.

However, I have boxed the beserker with my battle-spec inquisitor as well. Fun, but much, much slower than the coercer. Heroic content took forever, too.

I have been two- boxing a berzerker-mystic combo since launch. Its a very powerful , versitile duo, adding wards, heals, debuffs, and close melee support to the 'zerker's AOE combat abilities.

I also raised the mystic's tinkering skills to the point he can feign-death, so if it all goes bad, I have a shot at picking things back up after the mobs have reset. The combo does not have evac or ports, but I think the trade-off was worth it.

I was told my Mystic/Berserker combo was not the ideal, but man I have had a blast with it so far (only 33 on both of them atm). I have not researched AA's yet and I know I could probably tweak these two even better once I do. But I have no complaints with this combo.

Jarnhand I would really appreciate some insight since you have so much experience with these two (sorry for the slight hijack)

duoing with a mystic/defiler im sure works well but the sheild spell (forgive me i dont play healers) causes the zerks procs not to hit. you have to be struck for your more powerful proc buffs to activate. the duo of fury/zerk is pretty good. thats what i use at 60's.
