No Full File Scan Option

<p>I am unable to do a full file scan, as this option is not available to me under the options/preferences on the launchpad. I did a search of these forums and it seems that quite a few other people have had this issue as well, however the resolution seemed to be PMing someone from SoE to have it fixed manually. The posts that I found are older though, so I'm not sure who is currently doing these fixes and who I should PM about it, or if there is a new fix that I can do myself.</p><p>Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.</p>

The original or station launcher? If station laucher there is a options button to clear the cache folder, this will force a full scan</p>

<p>Wingrider is correct - While there is no full file scan button for the Station Launcher, clearing the cache through the option in the preferences menu will have the launcher scan everything as necessary.</p>
