Still can't play

<p>Hi, I've searched through the recent thread, this thread, etc., but it seems like the servers are back up - at least for some. Are the login servers up or not? If not, I'll stop trying to figure out what's going on for a while, but if Permafrost is up, then I would like to figure out why I can't log on. Actually, I can log on just fine, but while updating, I see "character select unavailable", the it takes me to the character select screen, all 6 characters saying the server is "LOCKED". That doesn't sound like a my end kinda problem, but like I said, I'm not seeing a thread verifying the servers are down. Please let me know ...</p><p>Ky</p>

<p>I'm getting the locked problem also.  It says all the servers are up but "light" when I create a new character.  The fact that ALL the servers are "light" probably means we aren't the only two having this problem.</p><p>Gotta love when everything is working great for you and they tell you to leave for an update and then you can't get back in to play.</p>
