in game support not working?

<p>i accidentally destroyed a charm item earlier while trying to destroy an obselete quest item from a quest i had deleted.</p><p>i attempted to submit in in game support ticket and a few hours later went back to check on it.  i could find no record of a successfully submitted petition.  i attempted to send a new one and it said again that it was successfully sent but i still have no record of any sent petitions.</p><p>always in the past if you had an active petition you would be unable to submit another one, only modify your existing petition, which is why i assume my petition is not being submitted properly</p><p>thanks for any help</p>

<p>well my petition was answered and i got my item back but i can still find no record of the petition mabye its just the window thats bugged atm.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>How did you submit that petition?  Did you just send an e-mail or did you submit it by using the /petition command.   If you sent it via e-mail then it will show up in our system linked to your e-mail address, not your account name.  That might be why it was not showing up in your ticket history.</p>
