auto attack bar

<p>Hi, following the advice of posters on this forum I have installed the auto attack bar to help time my CA's.</p><p>I'm just not totally sure how to use the bar - do I cast CA's while the bar is filling, at the start or when its full?</p><p>TY!</p>

<p>That bar should never stop moving - if it does, then you are holding up your auto-attack.</p><p>So for me, with max haste, I wait until just before it is full and hit my CA. The CA completes and then just repeat. I found it best this way as there is some inherent lag, so although it looks as though you are about to block an auto-attack, you actually don't.</p><p>Practice it on a wall or training dummy and then check ACT to see how often you swung and it should be almost identical to the delay of the matched weapons you are using.</p><p>Also, I normally find that with self buffs and equipment I can only fit in one CA between auto-attacks when using epic and a weapon with same delay in offhand. Depending on your haste (if you use everburning for instance), you may get to squeeze in two.</p><p>Good luck, I bet your DPS will improve <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>As the poster above me said you want to time your attacks so that you land your CA just as its full it does take a couple mins to adjust to it but once you get the hang of it you always want that bar displayed as i've tried to not use it and it messed me up hehe.</p>
