Hey all,

Former player returning and was wondering can I bundle up my items in my house and give them to another toon..or better yet turn the house over to my other toon? I want to delete my older character but want to hold onto some of the items. Thanks.

Not automatically. They've made it so when buying a new house all your belongings from your old house are packaged up and left in a moving crate placed in your new house (which means you no longer get rid of your old house before buying a new one). If you aren't buying a new house, though, you'll need to gather up all your belongings (I think there's a menu item that'll pick up as many as'll fit in your inventory) and place them in the other character's house.

Note that I don't think giving another character trustee access to character A's house and then deleting character A will work. The house will vanish taking all character A's belongings that're in it with it, and anybody else's stuff will be returned to them (or destroyed if they don't exist anymore). Note that any of character A's stuff that's placed in other character's houses (or in the guild hall) will not be destroyed.

Also note that if you delete a character, any of their things left in the world can be a pain to deal with. They can be moved around by the owner of the house they're in, but they can't be picked up by anybody. I believe if a new house is purchased they'll go into the moving crate and can be initially placed, but if the house they're in is reliquished outright they get destroyed because there's no character for them to be sent back to.
