Hi all,

Reading some of the posts here I have seen refernce to an interface utility that provides a casting bar for auto attack, purpose being to better time CA's between each round of autoattack.

Anyway, I've been over to eq2interface and run searches for such a program to download and install, but no luck.

So my question is this, can someone please let me know the actual name of the file so that I can find it at eq2interface, or even better, attach a link to the download page.

That waould be awesome, so thanks in advance!

Mattyhack

Najena

On the step where you need to save the text file as an ini file, I'm not getting the option Anyone know why?

Doh, never mind, found it in the site's faqs.

Hmmm down loaded the file but I cant get it to work.

I unzipped the 'Razc' folder and saved it into my UI folder in the EQ2 directory. What esle do I need to do for it to work?

I noticed the following instruction at eq2interface:

________________

If you already have a custom UI add the following to your eq2ui_Custom.xml file above the first Razc_Attack.xml

________________

But, I dont have a file in my EQ2 directory called 'eq2ui_Custom.xml', the most similar in name and file type was "najena_mattyhack_eq2_uisettings.xml', which doesn't have a command line .

Can someone please let me know what I need to do to correctly install the add-on?

And while Im at it, one other noob question:

In the game via my main chat window I join a channel called scparsing each time I log in, however the channel is deleted everytime I log out. Other players tell me they only need to join a custom channel once and the game remembers/saves it. Can anyone please let me know if there is a setting I need to adjust so that the game saves my custom chat channels, or can I add a line to one of the .ini files?

(I did try adding the following line : to the file :" najena_mattyhack_eq2_uisettings.xml', but this didnt work.

Thanks so much for any help, and apologies for the noobness of these questions.

The eq2ui_Custom.xml file will be in the Razc folder, not the general UI folder. From the directory you're finding the uisettings.xml file in you need to go two levels deeper. First go into the UI directory, then find the name of the folder where the UI files you're using are housed, likely it's named Razc based on what you posted. Or that may be part of the problem actually, if all you did was download the autoattack bar and not a full custom UI.
