Returning player with SK questions

<p>I haven't played eq2 since around July of 07.  From what I remember SK was fun for awhile but then junk towards end game.  Is there any desire for SK's within raids these days?  If so what sort of role would they take within the raid?Also I plan on running in a trio, my friends would like advice as to which healer and utility would best suit the SK.  Could some of you make some suggestions?  The healer seems interested in Fury, Defiler and Inquisitor and would like to hear what would work best.  The utility player is pretty set on playing Coercer unless going another route would benefit a great deal more, any input?Thanks for your time guys, hope for some responses.</p>

<p>SK's got some love recently.  As a result, we're FotM right now.</p><p>For a healer, any of the 3 you mentioned are awesome.  I prefer an inquisitor, but any of them are just fine.</p><p>For "utility" due to the hybrid nature of the SK, any of the 4 utility classes work well.  Coercer and dirge buff the melee portion, troubador and illusionist buff the casting portion.... though Illy's also buff melee a decent amount.</p><p>So.. based on me talking to myself.... SK, quizzie, illusionist would make for a really nice trio.</p>
