A few hour ago, I upgraded from a trial account to a complete account. However, when I create a character, all I see available are the two English EU servers.

How do I get to see other servers? I'm interested in joining the roleplaying ones.

Thank you beforehand.

Hmm, I did that, and the client started re-downloading the entire game and its expansions (up to Shadow Odyssey).

Is this because the game was initially downloaded in British English (since I selected that language when I first joined the trial), and it has to be completely reinstalled for US English? Right now the game is installing itself in a different folder, with slightly different files (those with the "-eu" component now show "-us").
