Lets say you fight a group of two or more mobs:

How much aggro is made up within mob B when you land a single target attack on mob A?

I believe, with recent changes, none. At least not from your single-target attacks, certain reactives and procs may be generating some aggro as mob B hits you.

I know they where intending to make some changes to that in the scrapped fighter update, I don't know if those changes ever went in.

I'm not exactly sure, but I would imagine the agro from mob B being very small if mob A is the one you attacked. Maybe the agro on mob B increases as you hit mob A? not quite sure.

Maybe you can attack mob A and then immediately target B and check the hate meter. I'm gonna try that tonight.

IIRC, it is a 20% transfer across the encounter. This was supposed to be removed with the fighter changes. I'm fairly certain it is still in.
