j cap macros

<p>ok dont raid much on my troub but got a couple of new people in raid and they asked me if i had a tell macro for jcap.</p><p>can someone list this for me please.</p><p>i have been using individual macros set up for each person i j cap but this sounds much better and puts some responsibility on the people i am j caping.</p><p>also any other useful macros for j cap or any other spells would be most useful.</p><p>thanks in advance</p>
