In english now : No, you cannot buy advanced books from an NPC. You can only find them on the broker or do grandmaster quests each tier for one book/tier from T3 to T5, buy them in Maj'Dul courts for T6 and buy them from Riliss, bathezid (71-74) or Danak (75-79) faction in T8.

The above poster is correct, you can't purchase t1-t5 (or t7) advanced books on any merchants. You can only get them from your fellow players or from drops.

If you do the crafting quests then you can get 1 advanced book from each of those those tiers, but you'd still have to find or buy the others.

Advanced books for tier 1 are sold by the same people who sell the basic books now. But 2-5 and 7 you have to buy from players.

And they do not serve to signal you out as a superior, hard working player, willing to work more than anyone else. As a matter of fact, they make you sound a little like a troll.

Do the same in 1 - 9.

The books are always avalible, and people are still getting them. Problem is, people just venfer them off instead of looking to see if someone wants to buy them. Think of it as the reverse of an adventurer looking for someone to make an item for them.
