Zone in bug

<p>Zoning into the group Kurns and the JW instance some members of the group got</p><p>"You may not enter an instance create prior to when your previous instance's minimum lockout timer expired."</p><p>This includes just zoning in solo with no timer running.</p>

<p>Would be great if the "this instance has expired issue" were fixed as well.</p>
