You will not see it on screens just in ACT. And yes it will be a huge nerf to our direct healing ability again (as we have the most proc friendly but also proc dependent direct heals). It won't affect our dps as much as we did not have so much spell crit (only ~50%) or base damage enhancer (max 20%) then the dps classes which reach a lot higher values.

I saw it in screenshots last night on test.

Base healing no longer effects procs.

Rune Etched Helmet was 1500 ward. -- not increasible in any way.

Water Sprinkler Gloves were 1500 i think aoe heal - the ticks where 200 lower also

Avatar charms were 300 - 700 lower t han normal

On top of this nerf, heal procs can never crit anymore.

It's a huge nerf for raid based inquisitors.

It's a average nerf for sorta raid based inquisitors.

It's a low nerf for heroic only inquisitors.

Basically all this is going to do is make the gap between heroic players and raid based players come closer together.

I'll post screenshots tonight.

So does this affect our Mythical? It is not exactly a proc. Also, this doesn't affect Dogma does it, I know it is a class spell but you know SOE.

As i said right now it still crits and is working fine on test. The problem is ifyou right click on the spell icon you will se it lists for 400 max, it does not account for base healing.

Where on Production it does list the base healing addition to dogma.

i.e, on test it reads 400

on prod it read 570.

As stated before so far they have made no changes, on test and prod currently they both heal for the exact same amount, what i don't like is hwo they are listing them differently now, it leads me to belive a few days before the LU goes live they will indeed make + healing/+base + no crits go on dogma, which would basically ruin this class specific spell.

You said prod which I figured was a typo for proc... First time I have heard prod, whats that stand for production?

I found this issue, with dogma. it was an oversight by me. I was in raid in one case on prod (production) and not in raid on test server. My mistake.
