Test server up?

<p>found out why we couldn't log in to test/test copy! the patch is just getting Downloaded now , I guess it had to que up and the get launched. ah well it's all good now.</p><p>Okay. logged in and at the char select screen , but the server is still locked. waiting paitiently so I can help test</p>
