halfling mockery

<p>In a few different zones, I have hear the halfling mockery say Ha! Ha! Death by spoon! I can't see anyone around. What's this about? SOme sort of emote that Bristlebane is up <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>The charm item bristlebane drops has a proc that summons the annoying little things.  It just means someone in the zone has the item equiped and is engaged in battle.</p>

<p>The NPCs in Qeynos and Freeport have programmed responses towards all of the races in the game. They just randomly say them sometimes when they know you're nearby.</p><p>Who is saying it, exactly? What city?</p>

Those are more likely to kill you when they hit you on the head.</p>
