Server xfer, down down or just maint?

<p>So I'm restarting EQ2 to play with some friends and am going to transfer my char over to their server... but when I click on the link for a xfer I found (from stationplayers) it says the site is under maint. I also looked up a knowledge base article about the xfer service going under extended maint, but that was created like a year or something ago, and "updated" like 2 weeks ago. So I have to wonder whether or not the page itself is still down even after like 2 weeks, or if it is just a planned maint. And if it's the first then if I do it the way listed in the article how long is it going to take?</p>

<p>My friend recently had a transfer done. He called customer support and they had it completed within 2 hours for him. You can always give them a call on Tuesday (since they will be closed for the holiday).</p>
