Can't find the launcher

<p>Hey there, its been a long time since I played this game and i decided to try it out again. I still have all the old files on the computer but I cant find the launcher. Is there any way to download it? Sorry for such a newbie question, I can open the game itself but it wont let me play it without patching.</p>
