View Full Version : Why doesn't Master Strike work on so many TSO mobs?

Something I've noticed while traveling through various TSO zones is that certain bosses (and common mobs for that matter) SHOULD by all appearances, be considered a Legend & Lore mob that Master Strike should work on.

Firelord Kaern in Deep Forge = Cyclops

Bonegrinder in Caverns of the Afflicted = Undead

That bridge boss in Necrotic Assylum = Undead

The burning drakota in Hollow Tower = Drakota

The golden drakota in Guk: Halls of the Fallen = Drakota

There's a few others I'm sure, but those are the only examples I can think of at the moment.

I'm not saying the devs should jump right on the case and change this. I'm just pointing it out.

I'd like to see the "clearly typed" mobs affected as well.

I should point out there's no Undead Mastery (but skeleton, zombie, ghost, and vampire). Sadly the Cleric Achievement, "Turn Undead" doesn't affect many mobs which are by lore (story), model, or other manner indicated as undead. ;P~~

We do not techinically have an "undead" generic master strike, we have Skeleton, Zombie, Ghost, and Vampire. They must classify some of these mobs as undead but not any of the above.

They are of the "no strike debuffs" type of mob. It's just as ridiculous that they added an expansion full of lobsters, and yet have no L&L for them.

The anti-undead abilities classes get (ie: paladins) are terrible and very disappointing.

The skeletons in the Crucible can't be charmed by necromancers either, another anomaly.
