Mythical 20% wisdom -> heal not working

<p>+200 wis not increasing the heal amount of suplicants prayer, anyone else seeing this?</p>

<p>Just using single target STR/WIZ buff: (+156)</p><p>With Wiz @ 884/1039 (in heal stance with 200 aa in appropriate heal spec)</p><p>With:  Vital (1070-1253)  Holy (1085-1272)</p><p>Without: Vital (1033-1217)  Holy (1047-1236)</p><p>It does seem to work.   However, the spell text doesn't reflect the change in WIZ until after you cast a heal or unequip/re-equip mythical.  It adds a little more than the 31.2 hp (20% of 156) probably due to changes in +heal cap.</p>

<p>The effect is totally broken on Test.  No amount of wis on test does anything and SOE has completly broken/gymped/nerfed templars main source of "profession" heals.  GG nerf procs because you want us relying on our class spells and then you destroy them.</p><p>Also depending on how much base to heals you have this portion of the mythical will stop effecting reactives that are capped.</p>
