Enhance: Rescue

<p>I have Enhance: rescue to the 4th level in my Guardian line. I just spent an AA in the Enhance: Rescue AA in Shadows and my rescue reuse speed did not go down. Is this a bug? I zoned and camped and no change.</p><p>Am I gonna have to blow a respec to get that AA back?</p><p>My Rescue is at 2min 30 sec resue at the moment.</p>

<p>I believe 2:30 is as low as it goes. Makes sense though...</p>

<p>The recast of a spell cannot be lower than half of the regular recast time.</p><p>For example if you're rescue is a 5 min recast, the lowest it can get down to is 2.5 minutes.</p><p>You likely already maxed it out on your guardian tree.</p>

<p>You can also just plainly read the explanation text on the tso enhance: recuse which says it can't make recast shorter than 50% of normal.</p>

<p>Thanks for the replies. I obviosuly didn't read that note. I'll just have to waste a respec for not seeing the note.</p><p>Also, if I was a rude person, I'd jump in when one person asked another person for the time and, after they provided it, make a comment about their naked wrist and how stupid they are to not have a watch on that wrist and how God gave them wrists so watches would have a place to hang (Isn't it Obvious? Sheesh).</p><p>But then I try not to be a rude person so even if I thought that, I'd just move on and not create a negative part of my day that was easily not needed.</p>
