A question about stats

<p>Hey All as a fellow wizard I have a question cause I can not remember which ones to consentrate on. I know INT is majorly important but what others stats should I be keeping a eye on besides just Intel? Any info would be great.</p>

<p>I dont know as my wizard hasn't been around too long  but I would say sta ( you are gonna get hit from time to time) and wis for resists.</p>

<p>The benefit of any other base stat outside of INT is minimal.  STA and +HP are the best seconds, simply because mages have both the lowest HP and lowest Mitigation of any class (why we are called squishy :p ).  WIS helps, but does so little, that I wouldn't concern yourself with it.  You'll get far more out of direct resist gear (+ elemental for example), than you ever will out of +wis.</p><p>At those low levels, getting AA in the magi shielding will be more of a boost than anything.  Also, putting some AA in the STA line will up your defense as well as reduce your resist rates (which means you don't *have* to upgrade as many spells).</p><p>Pre 50 is still tuned for no AA, so just have fun - you shouldn't have too many issues unless trying to solo group content above your means.  50-70 you will need to start focusing more on proper gear/spell quality/AA.  70+ you should have your root/nuke stradegy down, as you won't be able to just take hits all day like you can in your younger days.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Which, it probably is. Int > Sta > Wis variant upon situation. Int > Wis > Sta in other area's. If Sta is 700+ then go for raw HP. But really, don't bother with stats. Just max things that up your parse, crit and all that good stuff. Agi is a waste if youre raiding. Mob is going to hit you regardless, be sure of that. And you will get 1 shotted 99% of time against harder nameds, WTB plate armor!.</p>
