Question about possible new live event quest

<p>Upon entering the game I noticed a message talking about new quests and bonus experience in certain areas like BB, GF, SFM, LP. Mentions something about a heat wave. Anyway, where are the npcs that give these quests? Anyone know how I could go about finding the starter npcs for this? Thanks.</p>

<p>Those zones mentioned are giving more XP than the rest of the world. Just go XP there. It's not a live event.</p>

<p>You can bring up the MOTD any time in-game by typing /motd if it scrolls by too fast or you need to make a note of zones they mention, btw.</p><p>Anyway, there was bonus xp this weekend in some shattered lands zones. So they mentioned those zones in the /motd for people that don't visit the web site.</p><p>Also, there was mention of the new questlines in Lavastorm for the Order of Flames, The Far Seas Trading Company and the Soot Foot Talent Society. Those quests all start in Lavatorm, obviously. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>The Order of Flames and Far Seas quests start in the Shrine of Thunder on the docks in LS.</p><p>The Sootfoot Talent Society quests start in a tent in Najena's Valley.</p><p>Lavastorm is for players that are level 45-55, but anyone can do the quests at higher levels or slightly lower levels too.</p>
