Could someone please explain the difference between a guild house and a guild hall? Perhaps I have my terminology messed up and they are the same thing. We just got our guild to level 20 in hopes we could purchase a guild house where we could finally start decorating and having get togethers, but for some reason, I am getting the bad feeling that we need to be level 30. The reason I ask is that I noticed somewhere in south qeynos there was a room that could be bought if your guild was level 20, and I figured that meant it was a shared room by all guild members.Next question is, if I purchase that level 20 guild house, do I lose my other house?

Sorry if this is not the correct forum. I did a search and could not find these answers, but maybe I missed this information.

Thanks.

In the cities there are player houses that require you to be in a guild of a certain level. This is not to be confused with a Guild Hall (the smalles GH requires your guild to be 30..)

http://eq2.zam.com/wiki/housing_(eq2) all about player housing

http://eq2.zam.com/wiki/guild_hall_(eq2) all about guild halls

I hope you will understand after you read the info on Zam
