I bought the game from Direct2drive and they aren't being very helpful with my problem. Every time I try to install, it stops 40% of the way through and says to insert disk 0. I've tried running as admininistrator and there's no other CD in the CD ROM. Anyone have any info?

This won't solve your problem with Direct2Drive, but you can download the EQ2 Installer directly from the SOE EQ2 website. The downside is that this is basically just the Launchpad, the whole game has to download (close to 20gb) but if you can't get any satisfation through Direct2Drive, this might be your only option. Did you get an activation code from them? That should be all you need to unlock the game content.

I have just run into this issue after deciding to finally pay for TOS upgrade. I downloaded as was told, ran it as was told, and now am staring down the barrel of re-installing a game that takes more than four hours to install. Sure, I could have just used the activation code, but I didn't realize that at the time. I guess I'm just a stupid customer who should have stayed in WoW.
