T3 shard pants a downgrade for heal proc?

<p>I was just considering 'upgrading' to the T3 pants from my T2 shard set, but then I noticed the heal proc..here are the stats.</p><p><img src="http://linkmaster.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/t2t3.jpg" /></p><p>If I'm reading that right , the T3 gives less 'free' healing than the T2 set over a minute , difference is just over 300 hps?</p><p>Advantage for the T3 is higher crit mit.</p>

<p>No, the T3 one will get a proc chance for each target. So you get 6 chances on a group ward/heal.</p><p>This will proc a LOT more.</p>

<p>Also has a chance to proc for pets and dumbfire pets.</p><p>So if you have a Necro in the group who casts Undead Tide, and all the other pets possible . . . you can really force a LOT of triggers on a proc like that.</p><p>If you simply compare it on a single target basis, it's not really very good.  The key is that multiple target / multiple proc piece.</p>
