Crash at "play"

<p> I recently purchased EQ2 . As soon as I downloaded all the patches and updates....and im all ready to play....i hit the PLAY button and it crashes saying   </p><p>               The instruction at "0x0042e065" reffrenced memory at "0x01a75134"</p><p>               the memory could not be read.</p><p>              help !!!!!  </p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It would be hard to diagnose this issue without some additional information about your computer.  You might want to consider posting your DXdiag information in this thread so that we can investigate.</p><p>That said, updating the drivers for your graphics/sound cards would be a good first step.</p>
