Hi

I thought I read somewhere that when they change our spellnames they would take the highest version of the spell in our knowledgebook and use that.

1) Does that mean that if I have my airpet from lvl 50ish (can't remember when we get it) as Master I but my current tier 9 airpet as Adept III it will become Master I after the consolidation? Or will it become the version of my highest tier spell?

2) When are the new names coming?

Have a nice weekend

Thank you very much for the clarification, you just saved me a lot of gold

So as far as I can understand I should only get a cheap Master I of our shardspell?

I have the M1 of the raid-wide shard spell and adept3 of the single target shard spell. Will my single target get upgraded to M1 after the update?

Most likely, no.

Are they still consolidating the pet names as well? That's the only part I didn't like about this entire process--having unique pet names each tier kind of made them more personable and unique :

Xalmat wrote:

Most likely, no.

So, am I understanding this correctly.. if I have a M1 of the single target shard, it will upgrade automatically my raid-wide shard to M1?

But, not the other way around? No wonder the cheapest I see on the broker is 300plat for the single target.

No, you're misunderstanding completely. The most likely outcome will be:

* If you have any of your single target Shard spells at Master, the new one will be Master as well.

* Your Raidwide Shard spell will not change rank regardless of what your Single Shard spell is. Likewise, your Raidwide shard will not affect your Single Shard spell.

Pet names (and all other spells) are getting their names consolidated.
