How large are we looking at?

<p>Not 100% sure if this is the right/best forum, but it is a PC/Tech thing... (plus I can't post in a lot of the other forums... probably since I don't have an active account)</p><p>So I'm thinking about coming back and playing EQ2, probably picking up the few expansions I don't have while I have some spare cash, and since I have to re-install the game I was planning on just making a new partition on my HD. So, I was wondering just how much space I should be looking at here for everything... Expansions, adventure packs, and patches... And then decent room left over for the next xpack or two (like if the average has been around 5gigs for an xpack then I'd/you'd add another 10 gigs onto the number), and of course screen shots, UI mods, etc.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>With all of the optional files downloaded, several UI mods, and a decent amount of screenshots, my Everquest 2 folder is currently weighing in at 18.9GB.  I hope that helps.</p>

<p>Personally, I have an 80gb partition, but that's also because I play on the Test Server from time to time, and I have that copied to it's own folder so I don't 'share' files. I think currently it's between 18 - 20 gb for the game itself (those paks and music files are the biggies) so I'd figure 30 - 40gb if you could.  That should give you plenty of growing room for a bit, imho.</p>
