Why is my CA(power cleave) disruption based? Does that mean its hit table is based on disruption, but dmg is effected by melee crit and CA dmg?

Righteous blow also says 'melee attack' so why is it listed under spells?!

More than a week and still zero help. Awesome.

I'm still very interested in understanding the ins and outs of a disruption based combat art. What determines dmg? What determines crit?

What about my spell line that does melee dmg?

I would prefer not buying a bunch of wacky gear pieces to discover these answers. Please someone help me out.

So a melee divine attack could just as easily be a CA as a spell - it all depends on what the ability is flagged as, regardless of what the ability /does/.

At least, that was my understanding; I'll admit I'm no expert on EQ2 mechanics.

(apologies for necroing an old thread, but at 3rd from the top I figure it's alright)
