Main Char Not Working

<p>Everytime I try to log in as my main character I'm mostly stuck on the "loading ui resources" status. And tonight I got pass that but later on to booted off. This only happens to my main alt, all of the new alts work fine.  This is frustrating since I have done almost everything I have looked up to do. Open ports, stopped firewalls, and even deleting my ui and restoring it. Has anyone else had this problem??? Help!!!</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>When you say you got 'booted off', do you mean that it dropped you to character select or your desktop?  If it's dropping you to character select then it is almost surely a connection issue related to blocked ports.  Do you use a router in your network?  If so, I would advise bypassing it so you are plugged directly into the modem.  If the problem resolves itself then we know that the router was the cause and we can try to configure it for the game.</p>
