Servers are Down

<p>Are the servers all down right now or is it just me?</p>

<p>I don't think its just you, I can't get in either.. These downtimes seem to be occurring more and more frequently. The hamsters must have gone into cardiac arrest again.</p>

<p>My wife and I can login to the character select screen. It shows all servers as being up but when we try to enter the game with any character, nothing happens. The screen just sits there, no disk activity, nothing. This is on both systems.</p>

<p>Okay, my one unguilded toon can enter in Antonica, but my two guilded toons cannot enter into the Guild Hall or into Lavastorm. This is the same for my wife's account.</p>

<p>Okay, I did all the testing I can from here. I have seven toons. The two in the Guild Hall and one in Lavastorm cannot get in. The ones in Antonica, Enchanted Lands, E. Freeport and Thundering Steppes could get in. So I"m guessing the Guild Hall and Lavastorm zones are down?</p>

<p>I cant get any of my toons in. Some are in Timorous Deep. So TD down also?</p>

<p>Has there been any official response to what is going on and what zones are affected?  I know they will never give a timeframe on when it will be fixed, but it would be nice to know that they are aware of the problem and working on a fix.  Most of my toons are camped in the guildhall /sigh</p>

<p>nothing at all, they are off playing WoW to try and get some "fresh" ideas for this game, since they are so inept at keeping this game fun for most people.</p>

<p>Hey this is an off topic subject in this thread but im new to the game and i created my character and got to the part where i put in my name and pick a server. There are very few servers to choose from i picked the highest population one wich was medium at the moment and it was late last night. Is that normal or is there a new list off servers every time you create a character?</p>

Is that normal or is there a new list off servers every time you create a character?</p></blockquote><p>Greetings,</p><p>How many servers were you seeing on the create a character screen?  If you are seeing less than 10 then you are probably set to another region.  The game will only show servers for the region you have selected.  </p><p>Depending on what launchpad you're using, the region select could be in one of 2 places.  Using the regular EQ2 launchpad you can find the option in the upper right corner of the EULA screen.  If you're using the station launcher then it will be under 'Options' and then 'Languages'</p><p>Please let me know if you have any further questions.</p>
