What's this thing?

<p>Ok it's been a long long long time for me and my SK.  Everything feels about the same with the disease dot's and the heals and I'm obviously an AoE tank now I guess but there's one thing.  I'm using the default UI and there's this big black dot with the crossed swords behind it that lights up to 100 every fight.  What do I do with that?</p><p>Sorry but I googled and searched but it seems to be one of those things everybody knows so nobody needs to explain.</p>
