cant create a new character

<p>i just installed the new expantion and updated everything the game works fine up until i go to the create character screen and i get this. My computer is XP and yes ive had my antiviruses and firewalls accept the game. this might just be a connection problem but i dont know how to cheak that.</p><p>We're sorry no game servers are available right now. you can not create a new character at this time.</p><p>then i get a blue box with an exit button with this.</p><p>Lost connection to server. then i cant do anything but exit the game.</p><p>can anyone help out i've been wanting to play this game for a while but havent had a good enough computer.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It actually sounds like you were trying to create a character during a server downtime.  Were you able to create characters later on?  If not, then it might be a connection issue.  Please let us know if this issue is still ongoing.</p>
