View Full Version : only showing 7 slots even though i have station pass?

<p>Ever since the last patch, I am only getting 7 chars up at my selection screen....I checked my account and the 29.99 went through for payment for the station pass so I'm not sure why all my characters won't show up...any suggestion?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>This is a known issue at the moment and we are working to get it corrected.  We can add the feature onto accounts manually, as well.  Simply contact me through PM(include your station name) or contact our support line over the phone or chat system.  We will make sure that you are able to access all of your characters.</p>
